District's 2018 Audit Submitted to State Auditor

The District's audited financial statements for the 2018 Budget Year is complete and was accepted by the Board of Directors at its June 27, 2019 Special Meeting.  The 2018 Audited Financial Statements were submitted to the Colorado Office of the State Auditor on July 2, 2019 in compliance with the Colorado Revised Statutes.

Daniel Slaymaker, CPA with Osborne, Parsons & Rosacker presented the preliminary draft of the 2018 financial statements to the Board.  The District's accountant, Neil Schilling, CPA with Schilling & Company, also reviewed the financial statements with the Board.

The District has an independent audit conducted annually which must be filed with the Colorado Office of the State Auditor by July 31st of each year.
