Board to Consider Commercial Irrigation Rates
At the request of Falcon School District 49, the Board of Directors will consider setting commercial irrigation water rates for the Falcon Middle School and the Bennett Ranch Elementary School. This will require the installation of separate irrigation only meters at each of these sites at no cost to the District. This is a common practice among other metropolitan districts and municipalities.
Although the setting of the Commercial Irrigation Rates are the only fees that the Board of Directors currently intend to consider at its February 15, 2018 Regular Meeting, the District is required by Colorado Revised Statutes to send the Notice of Intent to Fix and/or Increase Fees, Rates, Tolls, Penalties or Charges for Water and/or Sanitary Sewer Service, which was mailed to all of the District's customers on January 4, 2018, and also appears below.
NOTICE OF INTENT TO FIX AND/OR INCREASE FEES, RATES, TOLLS, PENALTIES OR CHARGES FOR WATER AND/OR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to § 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., the Board of Directors for the Paint Brush Hills Metropolitan District (the “District”) will consider the fix and/or increase of fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges for water and/or sanitary service at a public meeting to be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 7:00 P.M., at the Paint Brush Hills Metropolitan District Administration & Maintenance Building, 9985 Towner Avenue, Falcon, Colorado.
