Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors

All Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors are held 7:00 PM on the third Thursday of each month at the Paint Brush Hills Metropolitan District Administration & Maintenance Building, 9985 Towner Avenue, Falcon, Colorado.  All meetings are open to the public.

Agendas & Minutes

Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval by the Board of Directors.

Meeting Information

The Board of Directors may call a Special Meeting and/or cancel a Regular Meeting. Notices of Meetings and Agendas are posted on this site and at the following locations within the District:

  • District Administration & Maintenance Building, 9985 Towner Ave., Falcon
  • North Manchester Park, Northeast Corner of Litchfield St. & Londonderry Dr.
  • Drayton Green Park, Northwest Corner of Carrington Dr. & Rockingham Dr.

Public Comments

The public may make comments regarding matters not on the Meeting Agenda during the Public Comment period of the Agenda. Public Comments are limited to three minutes per person.

Meeting Notices and Agendas for all Regular Meetings and Special Meetings are posted on this site. In addition, all Meeting Notices and Agendas are posted at the following locations within the District at least seventy-two hours prior to the meeting:

A Message from the Board of Directors

Happy September to All! I personally want to say “Thank You” to all the PBHMD residents that voted the May 2018 Election and made their voices be heard. The newly elected Board of Directors are working diligently on learning and the transparency we promised. I encourage everyone to attend the monthly meeting, normally 3rd Thursday of the Month @ 7 pm at the District Office located 9985 Towner Avenue and see firsthand the items we are working on. The next scheduled Monthly meetings are:

  • October 18th, 2018 @ 7pm
  • November 8th, 2018 @ 7pm
  • December 13th, 2018 @ 7pm
