New Online Customer Website Portal

You Now Have Access to Customer Service 24 Hours a Day

The PBHMD Customer Account Portal is available when you need it, where you need it.  With this new online account access, you can now:

  • Check your account balance
  • Print your bill
  • Make a payment
  • View your payment history
  • Check your billing history
  • Make a Customer Support request
  • Set up Automatic Payments from your bank account or credit card
  • Change your billing preferences to receive your bill by mail, email, or both
  • Update your contact phone and/or email address

Get Started

Go to the PBHMD Epay website to get started.  You can register here to get online access to your PBHMD account.  You need to have the following information exactly as it appears on your account statement to register:

  • First Name (if more than one name appears such as “JANE & JOHN”, enter both names as the first name exactly as it appears on your bill ***INCLUDING PUTTING NAMES IN ALL CAPS***)
  • Last Name
  • Account Number
